About Training Loft
After 15 years of training thousands of clients and managing fitness studios, founders Wayne and Stephen opened their first Training Loft in 2012.
Pursuing a vision of a training environment that prioritizes client success in the most efficient way possible, they have expanded to the eclectic Melrose neighborhood in West Hollywood.
How to get started
Step 1.Know exactly where you are. Using our body scan technology, we’ll know your exact starting point.
Step 2. Our client manager will dive in and understand where you want to go. What are your goals?
Step 3. Create a completely PERSONALIZED plan to take you to where you want to go, all with your unique schedule in mind.
